How it Works
The Process
From idea to final move in, we’re with you every step of the way. Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, transforming every new customer into a repeat customer. Our team of experienced experts and professionals prides themselves on adherence to deadlines. They are the proven leaders in their various construction disciplines. Step One
Preliminary Estimate Phase
We conduct an interview with with the goal of gauging and identifying your overall expectations, requirements, and preferences. MVCB will then go to work preparing a good faith Preliminary Estimate based on the interview details and any other documentation you provide such as plans, renderings, product specifications, or material selections.
Step Two
Development Phase
We work with you to fine-tune the Preliminary Estimate, formal construction plans are drawn, and a Base Specification Sheet is developed. Then you’ll make product selections for flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and so on. Then we determine costs and finalize the following documents: Construction Plan, Base Specification Sheet, Cost-To-Build Spreadsheet, and the Construction Contract.
Step Three
Construction Phase
McKay Vassaur manages the construction of your new home! In doing so, we ensure the project stays on schedule, perform continual quality control checks, and keep a close eye on budget. Not every Construction Phase is seamless, and we will be there to `put out the little fires`!

Closing & Move-In Phase
The time has come… The keys to your Dream Home are delivered!! Fill the cabinets and closets, hang the family photos, and begin enjoying your castle!
